My background sits at the intersection of data, tech, and people. I started my career in professional sports, using data to help teams make better decisions. Since then, I've led analytics teams at Figma, Sonos, and Wayfair with a focus on people analytics and building more human-centered organizations.

In my free time, I'm usually behind a camera exploring NYC, immersed in learning something new, or hanging out with dogs.

What I'm Building

• By day, I run efora, an AI consulting firm. We're focused on helping teams adopt AI in more thoughtful, human-centered ways, turning cutting-edge possibilities into practical solutions.

• I also write Augmented Intelligence, a weekly newsletter. It's designed for anyone who wants to stay sharp, adaptable, and future-proof in the crazy world of AI.

• Everyday I'm learning something new, whether it's building as an AI solopreneur or formally as an MBA candidate at Columbia Business School. I'm continually seeking new frameworks and knowledge to inform my world.
